RKSV Belegscanner reads QR-Codes printed on invoices that match Austrian law (Registrierkassensicherheitsverordnung RKSV) and creates a list of all your bills.
You can export your data as a CSV document for further editing in Excel, Google Sheets, OpenOffice, etc.
The list contains the following data of each invoice:* Date & Time * ID of your invoice* Gross Total* Net Total* VAT Value Added Tax* You can add a title manually for a better readabilitySince May 2017 all Austrian companies are obligated to print a machine readable code on their bills.
Most of them use a QR-Code - unfortunately some use different technologies like URLs containing the data which are not yet supported by this app.The app digitises and saves the data of your invoices - But keep in mind to store the originals for your accounting!Your data stays with you and is only stored on your phone!
The free version of the app is showing you some ads and the export is limited to 30 invoices.
As RKSV Belegscanner is focusing on the Austrian market - the app is only in german.
